The Preloved spring styles we have in the shop incorporate vintage sweater pieces and reclaimed fabrics making each piece a one-of-a-kind creation, ethically and sustainably made in Toronto.
So many pretty dresses have arrived from Jennifer Glasgow and they all have pockets! The first spring styles from Dagg & Stacey are here with lots more still to come! It's hard to tell in this photo, but the Thistle Top below is a light sweater knit top with flowy curved sheer fabric at the bottom - love it.
The first spring styles from two of our very favourite lines have arrived - with more still to come from both! Melow spring designs feature soft gorgeous fabrics and colours like ocean, sage, seashell and mango. Always versatile, comfortable and stylish, the first We3 spring styles to arrive are no exception. These classic We3 designs are made of featherweight bamboo or linen.
We had so many spring deliveries last week that we've been too busy unpacking boxes to post photos! There are new styles in the shop from Preloved, We3, Ramonalisa, Jennifer Glasgow and more, with photos coming soon. We also have a new line of knitwear, handmade in Vancouver, and this blurb from her website is a great introduction to Cecile Benac Knitwear:
What began as a small family production drawing on a grandmother's expertise has evolved into an internationally-influenced contemporary line of knitwear. Designer Cecile Benac skillfully chooses distinctive yarns such as bamboo, linen, organic cotton and viscose to create the flattering feminine silhouette of each piece. Whether it's a flowing tunic or a structured shrug, every hand-made sweater represents sophistication and a deep respect for versatile, timeless designs. Yet no two are exactly the same: the unique cut-outs, drop-stitching, draping and embellishments make every Cecile Benac sweater an original. Here are some of the spring styles we have in the store.... |
